Where is that one located? Is that the one on the front of the driver side head?

And the oil pressure one is above the filter housing? Correct?

I couldn't tell you for sure, but my guess would be yes. Hopefully someone with a bit more experience with the 2.8 MPFI cars will chime in here.

Looking at the oil pressure sensors for the gauge, and the threading is different than the light ones, how come? Why do they have to make the pictures so deceiving?

I thought this cluster swap was supposed to be simple...

I think I'm just over thinking this. Too much going on.

Edit: Confirmed the location of temp sensor. Just don't know how the oil pressure one is going to work, judging from the photos...the threads are different bleh. Light is 1/4 and Gauge is 1/8 according to Summit Bashy Bashy

Nevermind...I figured it out...I hate stress, screws up my thought process and I can't focus on the things I love.

The actual oil gauge switch is above the fuel pump switch...it's the 1/8"

Just overstressed from personal life, I was freaking out about things I shouldn't have. Laughing

Anyone know if it would be ok if I installed the new cluster WITHOUT the right sensors? I know they aren't computer controlled, but would it damage the gauges or mess up the circuit?

Would it be safe to disconnect them until I get new ones?

Swapped from idiot lights to idiot dials in my S10. Just left the wires unhooked and taped off till I got the sending units installed.
