Your flasher/blinker module is out. Buy a new one and install, its under your dash on/near the fuse panel and is usually square or cylindrical.
I haven't had a thirdgen in a while, but its an easy fix. It plugs right in _________________

| Should be two in the fusebox. One for blinkers, one for hazards. You can swap them to test the circuits, but IIRC you don't want to leave them since your blinker speed will be affected. |

Gotta love Chevy for that. Flasher module for my former POS Thunderbird was $65 and only available from Motorcraft (no aftermarket ones that I could find). I tore apart the old one out of curiosity; more stuff in there than the godamned space shuttle. |
