I NEED A MECHANIC TO REPLACE MY T5 TRANNY WITH THE ONE I'M LOOKING TO BUY. I EITHER NEED SOMEONE WHO WON'T RAPE ME IN CHARGES OR WILL ALLOW ME TO HELP FOR A DISCOUNTED PRICE.

ANYONE WANT A JOB.....PS ONCE I HAVE THE TRANNY IT NEEDS TO TAKE NO LONGER THAN A WEEKEND TO DO...............

4 hour job. Shops are $100+/hr

Why are you replacing the trans? You need to replace the pilot bushing also. Are you changing clutches?

Don't forget ATF.

How much are you willing to spend on help Cool

It actually calls for a GLS grade. It's a special Gear Lube. They ditched that in like '85 and ran ATF. Nothing changed internally. Pilots are about $5-10
