Anyone have an antenna?

Some a$$hole bent Cam's so badly the other night it almost broke. I bent it back as much as possible, but it's not right.

Thankfully, the POS didn't do any other damage. Probably some stupid teen. Grr!

The mast should just screw on the base. If that is indeed the kind you have, you should be able to buy just the mast at any parts store pretty cheap.

Been to several parts stores. Can't get the original replacement and not liking the ones I see. I have seen one that has a bowtie in the center of it before, but not finding it online or elsewhere. Anyone?

Are you looking for a fixed or power antenna?

If you want factory original, have you checked with local yards?

Not sure about the base diameter of either of these, nor the thread count.

that sucks. i came out of school one time to find the one on the GTA bent pretty bad, the fender is permanently damaged from the encounter. i at that point removed the antenna from the fender and mounted it under my dash pad.

Thanks, Al. I had seen those. I'd love that second one, but it doesn't come in black.

To everyone else, thanks for the suggestions. I do need just a mast. And actually, since I don't guess I really need an antenna (because I don't listen to the radio), I am thinking of going without one. I am wondering though about that threaded hole rusting if I just put nothing there...

I am also considering one of those shorty carbon fiber and red shorty billet antennas. Anyone have one of them?

you can remove the entire antenna mount as i have done. it leaves a thumb sized hole in the fender.
