I'm in need of weather stripping for the back hatch on my 1982 Trans Am.

Anyone know where can I get this.

I got one a couple of months ago from GM Parts Direct. It was a bit pricey, but it's a GM part still in th original packaging.

http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/

I couldn't find the part for pre 90 on the site, but 90-92 will fit. You'll need to drill down into their menu and find it like so...

My Camaro: Lift Gate/Glass and Hardware/Weatherstrip/Lift Gate

82 TA: Lift Gate/Lift Gate/Weatherstrip

$81.28 plus shipping

I had a Soft Seal for quite a while. It left a gap between the glass and the seal where the glass makes the curve up to the roof line. Made for a lot of road noise.
