I'm thinking about going to a "no spoiler" look on my Formula, my wing is kinda cracked out and the replacements are pretty expensive, plus I've seen a couple Formula's without the wing and I think they look really clean that way. But I would like to keep a third brake light, so I was thinking a 91-92 hatch would work since the brake light is up top. Are camaro and 'bird hatches the same?
Let me know what you guys think _________________

No spoiler ftw.
Why do you feel a third brakelight is needed? |

No spoiler ftw X2
I couldn't see the hatch's changing that much through out the years, my 82 firebird has a hatch from a 82 camaro. _________________

| Uh... Good question, I guess it would just look more factory to put the brake light up there rather than just delete it all together. Guess I could live without it. |

Nice, I couldn't remember if camaro's had a different crease to them or anything. |

Thirdgens look like turdgens with no spoiler.
Period.
Don't care if it's a safeway shopping cart wing, it still looks better than nothing. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

| My spoiler looks like crap, it's the only spot on the whole car with faded paint, it has a couple cracks, and its a little warped on the part that wraps around the window. |

I always liked the "no spoiler" look. I think Early birds (82-85) look better than the Camaro's without one though. _________________

| FWIW, here's a pic of a Formula the same bodystyle as yours with a shaved decklid. I really like this look, personally: |

| I think it cleans up the look of it too. not crazy about no wing on a camaro though. unless your going for a striped down sleeper look. |

The week I spent without a spoiler was horrid. One of the main reasons I picked the formula was for the wing.
No accountings for taste I guess. |
