I think the real Christmas miracle is that a vehicle belonging to John left the place it was being stored at. Razz

it was only at your house for a week, but your motivation did contribute to it leaving as soon as it did. don't think john or i have ever had that kind of motivation. remember, we're kids of the 80's...very laid back...lol Razz

Made it home just fine however it did throw a code after a few minutes of highway driving. Just got back from a Halloween party so I will check the code tomorrow. Wink

Was the EGR disabled in the chip, John? I noticed you still have the solenoid for it plugged into the harness.

Yup, its throwing a code 32 - EGR failure - duh...
And code 45 - rich exhaust - prolly due to the 3.8 injectors but it never did it before. Confused

It was sucking through the uncapped air tubes before. Also, the O2 could just be crapped out, they tend to do that.

Whatever O'Reilly's stocks as a stock replacement. I think it was Bosch.

Buy a real one: NTK or Delco. Bosch O2's are garbage. While you're in there, get a non-air manifold to replace the one you've got.

Also, that intake kit I gave you has an EGR gasket in it, so now would be a good time to go back to running one.
