|
|
Ok, takes 4 crewbies, a barn, some tools and a backhoe.
Some memorable quotes were: (Mark) "Put it back in Dan" And (Mark) "Wiggle it around, I can't feel it"
So................first pic is of the new style 3rd gen greenhouse.
And Mike having the time of his life with real power between his legs
Car being pulled out after we were done pulling the motor and trans. Can you tell who's driving it?
The easy way to flip a 3rd gen over.
How to remove a gas tank. The torches came in handy for this.
Being take to it's final resting place.

I had fun. I really dig working on 3d gens.. That needed either a drum or knee slapper smiley. Sad to see one go like that, but it was pretty trashed. Took awhile to get the engine/trans out. I tried to keep reminding everyone to leave anything underneath alone til we flipped her over. That actually worked really well, I don't think we had an hour into pulling the steering box, sway bars, springs, rear end, gas tank etc. |

Ya was pretty sad to see that car go with all the years of crew history. At least everyone was ok from the accident.
Will post up the parts that are for sale here soon.
Had fun. Thanks Brandon, Dawg and Dan (Deb too )
