Okay While sleeping a guy on a dirt bike wiped out and hit my front bumper cover and cracked it all to Shitzel.

My son woke me up at 7:00 PM Yesterday from a nap. Telling me some one hit your car and is bleeding pretty bad. I had him call 911.

I got up got dress and went out to look. The driver was not hurt to bad. He laid the bike down and that what cracked the cover.

Passenger was bleeding bad. He was asperating up his own blood. Cuts on his scalpe etc. Tried to keep him calm and stable.

Found out the passenger was a freind of my daughters. He had massive head injuries (Bleeding on the brain) He was air to harborvierw.

No Helmets no insurance. I called my insurance. They are covering it uninsurance under my policy.

Driver was cited for DUI he was drunk and vehacular assult.

Yea, hope the kid is ok.

I find it stupid that sounds like in your state, and mine. They require you to wear a seatbelt in a car, but no helment or gear on bike. Confused

I think I have the light you need. Replied to you in the wanted post too. You can just have it, consider it a pay it forward. Will get back to you after work and I know I have it for sure.

We have a helmet law, but people tend to ignore it when on residential streets close to home. I have a few near me that ride up and down the street without helmets.

Man, bad deal all the way around. I hope the passenger recovers and your insurence repairs your ride.

I learned my lesson about riding a dirt bike on the street when I was 14. Layed my CR80 down in 5th gear at WFO on asphalt while only wearing shorts. Yep, no shoes, shirt or helmut. I didnt hit anything, but tore most of the skin off my back and right hip. Then my freinds mom grabbed me and rushed me into her garage and dumped hydrogen peroxide on what was left of my back. I passed out. I have never expeirenced pain like that, and I have had alot of experiences with pain.

Cliff notes, dont be a dummy, ride sober and wear the correct gear when riding a bike.
