I need to which wires are what for the windshield wipers at the motor. I have a short some place and until I have the time and patience to track it down I want to just install a simple rocker switch to turn them on and off.

The harness on the wiper motor has many many wires going into it. Presumably one must be a ground and at least one must come from the switch inside the car, but Which is what. I can't test to see because the fuse blows immediately when I turn the key on. I have intermediate wipers, so that may be the cause of all the wires, I just want to have them either on high or off for the time being.
