.....Just have no respect for someone else's stuff.
This afternoon, Mom took the dog to the Illahee Preserve to walk in the woods (popular place for walking dogs), and when she came back out to the parking lot, her passenger side front window was broken out. Fortunately, nothing was taken out of the car as she left her purse inside and even had a few groceries in the back.
The tinting film on the window kept the glass pretty much together. There is only a hole in the center and all the little pieces are still stuck to the film. Maybe that and the alarm kept the person out as there is a medical recovery center across the street and people always outside.
I made a call to the insurance company (24hr line) and was connected to their glass claims center. I should hear from them tomorrow before noon and have an appointment set up with my favorite auto glass and stereo store to replace and tint the window. Should cost $50 to replace and maybe a little extra to tint. _________________ 92 Camaro

| Got that window fixed today. Good thing since it was fairly nice today and the rain is coming again tomorrow. Cost me a whole $50, including the tint film. |

So they broke the window and didn't take anything? At least they didn't make off with something valuable. Sucks about the window though. _________________

It's stuff like this that makes me not want to have anything I've invested time, money, and pride in. There are gobs of people out there with no respect for the fellow man. Grrr.
At least you got it taken care of and it didn't put you out too much. _________________ E30
