ok so i have a virus that i cant get rid of ive been trying for like 2 hours now it wont let me get into my computer, control panel and the virus has taken over my windows security center!! i cant get to my anti virus either! any ideas?

i had the same problem i just went in safe mode and then did a system restore to a few days before the virus

when i click the system restore it says that

the system restore wizard is already running. this program will now exit

??
