hey, a friend of mine just replaced a broken 700r4 in his blazer and it is shifting high, it has been years since I gave up on auto's and went stick in all my cars, can anyone remind me the best way to adjust the TV for him before he burns it up

Press and hold the D button on the TV cable bracket. Pull the cable all the way back towards the firewall. Release the button, then open the throttle by hand to WOT.
