Why can't you do it yourself? Shops face a heavy fine if they get caught removing emissions devices from vehicles. _________________ Richmond 3.73 posi| 36/24 sway bars | SLP LM2 | Koni's | Ground Control 800/200 | Y2K wheels | Dyno Don headers & Y-pipe | airfoil | BBK underdrive pulleys | Raised strut mounts | Extended ball joints | LCARB'S

Have you passed smog with it gutted, or are you out of Pierce?
If you are 100% sure you don't need it, shoot me a PM. |

lol shops wont do it because it's a federal offense! Something like $5000 fine for tampering with emissions equipment. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

It was 10K last time I checked. Good thing we're not a shop. |

again, with everyone else,
Shops won't do it because they stand to be indemmed a fine for removing federally required emissions equip.
if you have a good angle grinder/sawzall, a decent wire-feed welding machine, and some safety glasses/hood. Just cut it off yourself and put in a piece of pipe in its place.
if its gutted, there's little worry. Its probably less of a exhaust restrcition than you think it is. _________________

Or you could live somewhere where nobody cares. Shops here in Lewis county will do it if you find the right one.
So many redneck trucks around, you can get away with a lot of stuff here. People aren't so worried about "modifications". _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56
