Well as of last month I have had my little scooter (VTX 1300R) for five years. Been threatening to add some accessories for most of that five years but finally pulled the trigger.

Will have more here in the next few days but first up is the windshield. Install went pretty smooth and I think it looks pretty clean.

Before

After

I have over 13,000 miles on her now and looking forward to maybe actually taking a trip Laughing

I had to do a double take to see the difference, maybe you should add a little 35% tint to it.

Is there a big difference in power/drag with that plow on there? What's wrong with some bugs in your teeth? Very Happy

Nice dude...nothing wrong with a windless, bugless face!
Those suckers can hurt on impact Very Happy
I still ride with some family on occasion, but after my dad passed my ridding partner, I just didn't have the same drive to roll. I keep the bike at my Bro's place up north, works out well seeing as that's who i ride with.
It lives in his shop...heated, and secure under the cover! Sounds like the TA! The pic was taken just after a road trip a few years back.

haha Thanks all... I think Shocked

Pretty funny, been riding 5 years and 13k miles on this bike with no accessories but two days with a shield and I have gone soft lol. I had never even heard the term 'old man's bike' until I put this on. Grandparents riding them to boot! lmfao

Oh well, rode to work today, was pretty mellow behind the screen. I can see how this will make a long ride more relaxing.

No noticeable difference in power or drag so far. Actually I end up going faster than i think because it isn't as noticeable. Nothing wrong with bugs in the teeth either but I am trying to cut back.

1800 would be nice but frankly, this is what I have and it is such a sweet little bike don't see any reason to change it. Not out to set any speed records, just cruise Cool

Rich, didn't know you had a bike. If you ever bring it down we can all go cruise.

More goodies showing up today and tomorrow.

Oh Heck yea dude...sheild up, twist that throttle on!
I noticed on mine, it was so mellow after the shield went on, and those long cruises are great!
Sweet Bike dude...there is always a one up out there, don't waste the coin!
That is a fantastic cruiser you have!
Cheers
