After 26 years the Black accent trim was getting a slight case of road rash.
So I had Rich with Primary Colors come in and make it shiny all over again, and get rid of those testy road way pock marks that drive me nuts…
The paint was in need of a good buff as well...Much Better Now!

I usually sponser a trophy as well...keeps the company name out there.
Just curious...do you show as well, or walk through?
Thanks so much for the information...This looks totally cool!
Shoot me a PM if you are considering going, i can meet you there, that would be fantastic!

Hey Al...you got that right man!

I went from just doing the motor and some other goodies so the TA was a reliable driver...to this meticulous monster! Laughing

Well i still have to do some kick-butt interior to keep up with you dude!
That wont happen until most likely October...I am having way to much fun doing the cruise in shows and just driving,
and i will have to give that up for 2 to 3 weeks while the interior is being done. So until then, i will keep my Shark Logo Seat cover AKA...Black towel Laughing
It really sucks...the rest of the interior is perfect! I looked at just redoing my seat...however it will never match correctly and that just looks bad, the colors just don't match after 26 years!
But that gives me a great reason to go nuts on the interior...I have Plans!

HAHAHA you the man Rich. Car looks good. That all Pontiac show is usually when the crew gets together in Seattle. Can't wait to see it in person. The car looks so good it probably needs another portrait of it don't ya think Wink

The custom shark interior i know you're envisioning is making me jealous. Maybe when you're all practiced up i'll sign up for custom black betty interior Very Happy

Hope to see ya soon.

Oh on the interior...that is a whole new chapter in Rehab For Rich Laughing
I have been doing some R&D on options. It looks like leather for the
bolsters and micro-fibre for the insets, and the same on the door panels.
But i might have my shop sew something like Pontiac Trans Am 3rd Generation...or something to that effect on the door panel.
I was gunning for something custom that signified the car.
Most likely the carpet while the seats are out...at this point... Laughing
Never Ending!

Rich, I hope Brent called you there was a deadline to get the sponsorhips on the trophys!

I picked up some lloyds floormats, had the 3rd gen bird sewn it,

They came out nice, the mats have the optional attachment to secure to the carpet to keep them straight, I didnt want holes in my original carpet though.

Something you may want to add to the interior if you dont have mats.

I got them through Pontiac Mall online, the 3rd gen style items are dropping off the site left and right.

Some crewbs did stop by the show last year, but I had the only 3rd gen there in the T/A lot, there was a formy there too I recall.

The NW GTO Legends club also put on a great show each year, at the XXX Drive In is Issaquah (ITs not what you think lol)

http://www.northwestlegends.com/media/nm09.pdf

It was filmed last year and available on Comcast On Demand, it was cool to see my car on TV, they will film it again this year. I placed 2nd last year, the GXP came along for the ride.

The GTO club hosts a poker run around Mt Rainier too.

This is your guide to the places to be for this years show season:

http://www.northwestlegends.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=2094&d=1231461418

Get out and have fun!

Don

Don...You are the man...this is exactly what i have been looking for!
This is fantastic...I may hang on the Firebird show until my interior is done, that may be a bit more formal of a show,
and i want to be in pristine shape...so it's not one of these "Pfft another 3rd Gen!" Laughing

Oh..and I did chat with Brent, and I am going to pass on the trophy with the time frame...I am just a bit late this year,
however i am doing the donation gig, someone jetted with the club logo / embroidery disk, so i have it in the works right now!

I will be sending some sweet items, and that will get my company name all over the boards, club letter etc...
Thanks for the hook up dude, I will send you a hat or something, let me know what works for you!
Oh hey that link you sent over...Excellent...I have been doing some R&D on the floor mats, your timming is perfect...way cool!
Rich
