Good job Tony. I'm in the networking and computer repair business too (sole network administrator for a school), so I know what some of those less-than-honest shops and businesses do to people. My local Staples is horrible, and any Best Buy I've ever been in is atrocious.

Keep being the good guys! It helps a lot.

thanks guys.

yesterday was crazy at work. we had so many machines coming in i did not get any work done until i had been there for over two hours. so many customers. i do not know how we are managing to stay ahead of it all, but we are. our turnaround times have not suffered very much.

Anyone with a WaMu account have issues with Best Buy from double charging when WaMu changed to Chase?

We had that issue, and Best Buy claimed it wasn't their fault.
