Had a great time this weekend. A three hour road trip each way for Brandy's birthday and swap meet wit the tops off for the first time both ways Very Happy

I found that the V6 doesn't much like 70+ mph for extended periods with the warmer weather as the temp gauge approached 215 before starting to cool off to just over 200 when the fan kicked on, maybe I'll remove the fog light air boxes that sit in front of the radiator. Gas mileage was OK too but I expected a little better, I was 40 miles shy of making the whole trip on one tank Cool

304 miles on 12.8 gallons, might have been better with the tops on.

Great fun, lots of sun, tunes blasting with the tops off, only a couple of things could be better Very Happy

Ya having the tops off has been great. but i learned a valuable lesson. don't wear your ball cap to the front or it might fly off your head..... I got it back though. Laughing

... Saturday on the way to Paul's, Sunday on the way home, cruising around Sunday afternoon... is all good. Took the first ride of the year on the scooter after work today Get down and Boogie!
