Howdy all, long time lurker here.

I have an 89 trans am gta with a variety of problems most of them minor because of my short commute.

today though the transmission was failing to shift into 3rd.

So basically i need a recommendation for a mechanic in the Redmond/Bellvue area of WA.

I don't care if its a shop or a Crew member who could give me a hand, i am happy to pay whatever is fair, expertise is what i am looking for to fix things right the first time.

i got my tranny replaced at Central transmission in kent, they did it really fast and they towed me for pretty cheap cause my car was disabled, i think it came out to around 1700$ which was 895$ for tranny $300 for installation $150 for towing and $200 for a shift kit
