So the guy that was going to buy my old 305 and assorted junk disappeared. I've been holding the motor since November because he was going to take the whole thing for $850. HSR, TB, computer, 305 w/lt1 cam, march brackets, almost all new GM sensors, LT headers, brand new Kirban billet adjustable FPR and a bunch of misc brackets and such. I'd rather have the money now. Haven't heard from him in over a month.
So. Realistically I'd like to sell it to the first person that asked me about this stuff after he got to me, BUT I don't remember who that was. I'm sorry. First off, I'd really like to get rid of it all as a package deal but it may not work like that. If nobody takes the motor, I'm going to pull the cam and toss it.
$850 takes it all. _________________

| No one? I've got some nibblers on TGO but I'd like to give it to a crewbie first... |

If I wasn't so poor from my newly acquired Subaru addiction, I'd give it some serious thought...
The HSR and all the sensors and brackets would be great for my planned conversion to Megasquirt FI on my 'maro. Not to mention the LT's. Oh well, if I can't afford it I can't afford it.
Good luck finding a buyer. _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56

Hey Ian, still got this complete unit sitting around? What heads are on it? How big of injectors?
I really want to HSR my Camaro, and at this price, for this much stuff...
You're tempting me with money I barely have. _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56

Still just sitting around.
Heads are stock '91 vintage. Needing valve seals of course. A new Felpro set comes with the package as well as brand new lt1 valve springs to go with the LT1 cam. New in package GM V/C gaskets. |

Do you know anything about the injectors, or are they stock too? Got any pictures of the whole thing?
Not sure if I can afford the $850 right now, but I'll have a look under my couch and see how much change I can dig up.
And visions of HSR danced through his head...
Then maybe some plans for the leftover 305 and carby bits...
EDIT: Sorry, thought of something else... Is it stock TB or aftermarket? _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56

Injectors are stock. I have a set of 24lb from a newer 3.8 motor (so, obviously only 6) that would come with everything. TB is stock, with new Delco TPS and IAC. The bellcrank on the TB needed to be shaved a bit on the bottom to clear the fuel rail.
Heck, I have a set of 5.3 injectors and a set of ls1 injectors (both needing the newer style connector, which I also have) that would come with it all as well if you like. |
