Lakewood Scattershield w/ all the bolts, fork and blockplate.
Went out tonight to pick up a regular Bellhousing and a spare set of pedals and mechanical linkage from a guy in Hillsboro. Got there and saw this.
$50 later its mine. came out of an IMCA modified Thirdgen. Guy said he'd used it for a couple years, but the rules require him to get another.
It has a dual pattern, he was using a Muncie 4 speed before, but it does have tapped slots for both straight in and the tilted angle. _________________

An SFI bellhousing doesn't loose it's rating for NHRA purposes. Too bad you didn't have it last wednesday. Getting to some of those bolts ON car is a real PITA. Very dooable though. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

Yeah, you should just sell it to me for $50, and save yourself the hassle. |

I'm gonna leave everything alone for now. If I can afford to do a new clutch before Cows, I'll do the scattershield then.
I don't know if you'll want my bellhousing. Its for the 82-83 Mechanical linkage style though, so it has no ear on it for the hydraulic stuff. You'd have to find the petals, Z bar, and linkage, plus you might have to tap two holes on the frame rail.
*edit* Dammit...PEDALS.........I see you did some editing john..... _________________

Good deal, I will want to run the Hydrollic stuff rather than mechanical.
Does it matter for the Pedals? |

It does.
Don't worry, I'm selling you my old hydraulic linkage petals. They have two braces, that my mechanical stuff doesn't. The braces are for the slave cylinder that bolts to the firewall. Mechanical stuff doesn't have it, just a link rod to the Z bar. If you went mechanical you'd only have to drill a 5/8th hole in the firewall, verses a 1 1/8" hole for the slave cylinder. _________________

| Good to know, the only clutches i've ever worked on have been hydraulic, so I figured thats the way to go. |
