So I still have some stuff around here I wouldn't mind getting rid of.
C5 Z06 calipers. $100/per front and $80/per rear. Brand New. SOLD
C5 wagon wheels. Four 17's and four 18's. Two of the 17's have pretty gnarly curb rash on them. Bashed up set $75, good set $100. Tires extra; BFG KDW NT. Used, obviously. SOLD
BBS Designs gen I SBC turbo header. Only one side. Designed for my car with the low mount alternator on the passanger side. So the wastegate tube comes off the side instead of the front. I think this would interfere with an A/C setup if you had one. I don't, so I can't check for clearance. Brand new. Crew price $300. This is a crazy good deal because I can't get anyone to buy it. I don't understand. _________________

Are those C5 calipers the same as the one I bought from you before? What else would I need to make the rears work (besides rotors)? I have PBR backing plates from 4th gen bird, will those work? Cables I would need to install, mine don't work well now anyway. I'm interested in them. _________________ 92 Camaro

| Yup, it'd be matching rears. They don't have provisions for cables though. It uses an internal drum parking brake setup. You'd need some sort of adapter bracket like Ed miller, kore3 or some others sell. Ed had a thread on TGO awhile ago that had pictures of him working up an adapter bracket to be able to use the stock style internal drum parking brake from a 'vette. However, it's been quite awhile since that thread was updated... |

| Different backing plate then with provisions for a ratchet type self adjuster, like the 88-02 4th gen. Similar to alloy's setup. |

| I'd like to have a look at them. I have a bonus coming in the next week or so that would cover the cost. I also need to find out what I need to set them up and have them working (rotors, backing plates, lines, cables, etc). |

I don't understand, you are selling all 4ea 17's (rims only) for $75? _________________ E30

That's right I forgot about Alloy's setup. It'd be really similar. However, the vette uses a three bolt mounting rather than the 4thgens 4 bolt like typical drum/disc backing plates. I don't know how hard it would be to fab a mount. from the pictures ed posted it didn't look too difficult but I haven't tried it yet. Too many other projects going on. The backing plates with shoes can be gotten as a set from GM for I think $100 per side? I can't remember exactly.

Let me try to clarify. If you buy a set (whether its 17/17, or 17/18 ) and the ones you buy have the rashed up pair of 17s instead of the good pair of 17s it's $75. IF you want the good 17s it's $100 (or if you want 18/18 )
Two of the 17s (the good ones) and two of the 18s have tires on them. Fairly low mile BFG KDW NTs. The same ones I have on my car and the same ones boostd1 just posted about. They're okay tires. A little expensive though.
So, theoretically you could buy a 17/18 set with no tires for $75 (the rashed set) or the good set of 17/18s for $100.
I hope I haven't confused everyone.
Oh and tires. $175 for the 17s and $275 for the 18s. That's about half price. |

I wish I could get that header. But being you moved the alt, I have no clue if it would work with the alt in stock position.
I'm really wanting to turbo this car _________________ 2008 GMC Z71

Isn't the factory alt location top mount/drivers side? It shouldn't be anywhere close to the alt, I just mentioned that because it wasn't like the standard units he made that had the wastegate going straight forward in the location of the smog pump area.
Buuuuuuuuuy it. |

I've wanted that header for a long time now. I know that when I finally have the money, you will have already sold it. _________________ '86 Trans Am - 5.0L TPI - LT1 cam - 700R4 - WS6

Ian's already been trying to sell it for two years. In two more years you might have another engine swap done into a car you don't legally own.

Why would I give you my exhaust so John could have more parts sitting in his closet? |
