Alot of people are completely clueless that a roots blower can be intercooled. A Cobra SVT is a GREAT example that it can be done.

But for those who didn't/don't believe that it can be done, here are some pics of my intercooler install a few months ago.

  Blower on...

  Blower off, core in place...

Blower on, sandwiching the I/C Core between the LIM and the blower.

 All back together...then...

...to the heat exchanger. But this one didn't cut it so...

Got a MUCH larger heat exchanger to extract more heat.

If any of you guy's ever do a roots blower, an intercooler is a must! _________________ 1998 Grand Prix GT | 12.91 @ 103 - Sold/Retired

Oh, it's mainly to kill knock, but a knock free setup could see up to a 50 WHP gain! _________________ 1998 Grand Prix GT | 12.91 @ 103 - Sold/Retired

				| G8 is RWD; G6, G5, and G3 are all front tire fryers. |

I knew 4 years ago that could be done. But then since I have the same car you do, it makes sense _________________ 2008 GMC Z71

Yup, there's a pump that pumps the fluid through it. _________________ 1998 Grand Prix GT | 12.91 @ 103 - Sold/Retired
