Eh, still looks like a downsized Grand-Am. I can't understand why they aren't going to make the Firebird when they get the Camaro in production again. Pontiac needs something sportier than the GTO, which looks like a big compromise on wheels. Must have been designed by a committee. |

I think the reason they arent bringing the bird back is because in 2007 the GTO is gonna get a huge redesign.
That or it is still a secret.
It would be really nice to have a 40th anniversary Trans Am in 2009. That would make an awful nice college graduation gift from my parents. _________________

The colorado needs to jump. But ram air 6.. just fine .
Dad bought a ram IV(68 right?) brand new. First 68 GTO in the area. The races with local hemi daytonas and such make good stories. And at the last crew gathering, I showed everybody where he "duke boy'd" it. Would have been a sweet car to have, but mom totalled it. Sorta, they fixed it but it was never the same, so he sold it. I was still in a car seat, luckily. My seat demolished itself but I was still OK. Back in 1971! |

... except for the color part.
I like that one best from the ones I have seen so far. Can get some meat on that thing now too.
