So my dad's Rs has a engine knock...I dont know what it is but its not as loud as a regular knock, it speeds up when the motor is revved. It seems to be coming from the drivers side. i havent gotten underneath it to hear it either. Its been a while sense i went out and heard it but i was wondering if anyone had any insight?

Also anyone know some good places to look for Gm Crate motors?

Cant really check the oil for metal flake because my dad had bought the car and the previous owner had put Diesel in the oil so my dad took it straight to jiffy lube and they changed the oil. Then drove it home and it's sat sense.
