Evidently there's a all electric Datsun (looks more like about a 1970-73ish Toyota Carolla/Carona) that laid down some 12 sec Trap times in the 1/4

I'm sure the track is Portland International Raceway. I just happened to stumble across this on YouTube tonight.

Does anyone know anything more about this?

The guys who run it are pretty cool though, I talked with them about it one night. They hop up all sorts of stuff with wacky electic motors. They were telling me about the Lazy-boy they got up to about 35mph!
