Are now making 580hp twin turbo kid haulers. New car is a V10 with twin hair dryers. I am amazed at the power all of the manufactures are making cars with these days.

pretty soon any car with less than 250hp will seem "archaic" and "obsolete"

Guess that means my 3rd gen is "archaic" and "obsolete"...Crying or Very sad

I'll just have to build it with more power.. Twisted Evil

Spotted in the "Tuner" Hall at the Frankfurt Autoshow.

The Germans are tuning Vettes, and doing what looks like a darn good job of it!

And now a youtube video. Its in "Deutsch", but let me translate what I can.

"I am Hans Stuck" "V12" "BMW X5" "LeMans" "Bloody Fast"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BuRlxl6-uss

(Imagine that thing going by you at 140! The noise it makes in increadable, and so is the acceleration it has above 120mph)

W12, not V12. Think two V6's with one crank.

D'oh, ninja'd by Greg. Rolling Eyes

Anyway, it's not to suprising. Rememeber the last car company to come out with a twin-turbo luxury SUV? They merely decided to build one for their mid-grade line.

Yeah, the VW is a W12, and according to Mr Clarckson, is garbage.
