Thats stupid. Why don't they just take an odometer reading when you renew your tabs? I'm a fricken genious! And then, if they have your work and home zip codes, they can distribute the taxes collected between the two points (or one point).

Why is everyone so eager to use technology? I'd love to see politicians squirm when a satelite goes out due to solar flares. Lol.

because this will allow them to put a GPS tracker in every car thats why. they can't really spy on you with an odometer reading can they?
