Ok, so I had this problem before - only a lot less severe. Last time it was only one injector and it seemed to have fixed itself. Now it seems that all 8 of my injectors are leaking gas onto the manifold - bad enough that it drips onto the pavement. Bashy Bashy So mad I can't see straight So my guess is I have to pull most of the TPI stuff off and put in new O-rings to fix it? Anything I should watch out for when attempting this? Thanks guys...

Just pull them out, and do the o-rings, its not THAT bad, just the normal TPI stuff. Put a little vasaline on the o-rings when you put them in.

Just a PITA,
Take your time in cleaning the old gasket material off of the intake and the runners and plenum.

So the injectors aren't leaking, the fuel rail setup is leaking? It's easy just take your time and remember where the vac lines go.

If you have the 9th injectors, becareful with pivoting it. They like to leak out the back of the fuel rail if moved too much.

I had to do the same thing to my engine. Use vasoline on the o-rings and push them in slowly so you don't tear the o-rings. Also make sure you put the injector clips on the rail in correctly.
