Does anyone know what amperage each of the dual fans pulls? I know there is a relay for both. I'm thinking of rewiring them with new wire/relays.
I keep having a problem where they don't come on. |

K nevermind. Fans work... Radiator was empty?
Filled it back up. No idea where it's going. No white smoke, carpet dry, no puddles, no wetness in the engine bay.
Maybe headgasket? Checked the plugs on the side with the o2 (maybe that's why I was running lean ?) Plugs look perfect.
What the hell?
Guess check the other bank and keep my eyes peeled eh? |

No water in the oil.
Just went out and made about 5 WOT passes in 4th and beat on her a bit for tuning.
At peak torque I still can't get the AFR to come down. Added 15% fuel and my injectors aren't at max duty cycle. Looks like a fuel pump for me.
Got home, and found the passenger side water pump gasket with a pinhole leak spraying coolant onto the balancer. No wonder I couldn't see it before. Had to be bad enough... and now it is.
Alas easy fixes though. Looks like Mike's will be the car to run well this weekend.
At 4300 I hit 13.3AFR not problem bad but could do alot better for alot more power. |

| IIRC Holley/edelbrock and several other's are really, all warlbro pumps. Have you thought about the racetronix's kit like Mike? |

I have... but I don't know that I wanna fumble with all the extra wiring. I'm right on the verge of even needing one, and I like my battery as is lol.
Plus those fittings they give break off... and my alternator is on the other side so I have to run MORE wiring out in the open.
The racetronix guy on tgo swears you need the "proper max voltage"....
Sigh...
Guess it's about the same price. $158something on summit. |

Have you checked your radiator cap if it is not holding enough pressure the coolant overflow will overfill and you can loose coolant that way. _________________
