Do you have a cruise control signal stalk with windshield washer control?

edit: correct that. I need the switch that the stalk plugs into

i'm thinking that my windshield washer switch is out - everything else works great just no squirtage. Brandon said that the stalk plugs into the switch.

Are you sure it's not the fluid pump?

I had to replace the washer pump once. It might be worth checking.

I had the internal type, and it still only took a second to test it. I don't know how much the in-tank ones are, but mine was like 21 bucks.

Getting power to the wires? It still isn't automatically the switch, the tubes and nozzles do get f***ed up.

Bummer. Looks like you're in for a fun weekend... of repair work. Very Happy Razz The older I get the more I hate those kind of weekends and the easier my wallet opens to just have it done.

got it dude. it recently went out. hadn't done the diagnostics. if there is a free switch available thought i would post up. Thanks for the help.

tubes and nozzles are fine - i just hot wired the pump and it worked great. 'could' be something between the switch and pump in the wires but not likely.

Nope. Usually it'll either be a bad pump motor, or a clogged pipe. I had both on mine. Threw me for a loop at first.

Laughing I was actually agreeing with your comment about the wiring. My point was that if it's not the piping up to the wipers, or the pump, then the switch is about the only other thing it can be.

Asdfga3, I think that's your que to let it be. I trust that Schultzy has a good handle on it. If he needs advice then he'll post in the Garage section.
