has anyone seen this done before? What do you all think of this? I like the idea of a non-stock grill, but this one is like $230.

That looks like the Trenz Billet Grille. On TGO I've read good and bad things about it. Looks great but the main issue is fitment. Sometimes they fit great, others have to be "finessed" into position.
