Just what it says. I'm looking for a small utility trailer. I can go buy a 4x8 that holds 1200lbs and folds for $250 so I'm looking for something like cheaper. Maybe built better too? The wheels on that thing are just dinky.

Lemme know!

I've thought about that but Brandon said that WA doesn't allow any new used rear axle trailers.

I guess people have a tendancy to neglect them in fields and such, and the diff fluid seeps out, and then the gears lock up on the freeway.

strip the gears out. hell. i'm pulling all the guts out of it anyway.. just use the shell. just keep the bearings greased... stupid laws.

The bearings mostly run on differential fluid. If you pull the pinion out.... the fluid will seap out lol.

If you want to build a trailer you might try getting a rear axle out of a caravan. Alot of them use a solid axle in the rear. Look like they'd be real easy to make a trailer out of. Dad's got a bunch of real trailer axles spare, but they'd be too heavy/large for what you want.

Think it's worth it to build one with the cara-axle vs :
