I know I found this at Rock Auto a year ago. Now I can't find it anywhere. Anybody know where to buy this?

I can find other versions of the switch but not the one with 5 pins. No matter anyway. I took apart the selector switch to inspect for damage and found it is fine. I will reuse it. The electrical short discolored the housing but didn't cause damage. The conductors just got really really hot.
