my mom has a bone stock 89 suburban v1500 and its time for tires and the current ones (235-75-15) are just too dinky, it looks like a low rider on 12's haha i was told a 30x9.5x15 will fit. does anyone know if that size will fit for sure

235/75 is a 29" tire. The 30x9.5 will fit for sure. You may be able to fit a 31x9.5, but it's been awhile since I worked on a 4x4 Burb.

My Suburban owning friend says that 30x9.5 should fit no problem.
