Will a T5 from a fourth Gen (V6 obviously) bolt up to my 350 in my 87?

It's been awhile but I seem to remember that it will physically bolt to a V8 bellhousing, so the answer to your question might be yes.

However I suspect that what you meant to ask was "can I use a fourth gen V6 T5 behind an SBC without spending more than the price of a used V8 T5 modifying it" in which case the answer is no. Wink

For further reading see this thread where I unsuccessfully attempt what you're trying to do but backwards (mate thirdgen V8 T5 to fourthgen V6 engine).

It will not bolt up. They switched to a Ford style bellhousing/mating flange.

Only the 3.8s. The 3.4s still used the regular junk.
