Yes!
I was impressed with their ability to pull and blend such a cave-in. Their bondo was not that thick, actually. Still, that panel should have been cut, or the car should have been junked.

I do not want a hardtop, Sam-I-Am.

I am probably moving again. It's not the middle-of-the-night-crazy-girlfriend type of moving that I've done in the past, though, just more like sick of stupid BS time to head on down the road type of moving. |

It would be cool if you moved a little closer to civilization! And by that I mean Tacoma. _________________ '86 Trans Am - 5.0L TPI - LT1 cam - 700R4 - WS6

You joke, but the job market improves as you go North. I was looking at places down in the Lacey/Oly area, and it's way depressed right now. No jobs, and lots of open rentals. |

I know. Why do you think I am up here in the first place?

Tacoma is nice and centralized imo, plus it's the home of junked cars in the front yard. (with the exception of the one time the city took away a stripped 91RS from in front of where John lived...must have been a really slow day in South Tacompton.) _________________

They towed every unregistered car in the neighborhood that day! I had already stripped the RS though! _________________ '86 Trans Am - 5.0L TPI - LT1 cam - 700R4 - WS6

Bet ya didn't strip it this much, John:
Now that's low:
OH NO!!!
OH JESUS CHRIST!
I really love it when a structural beam is held together with booger welds and bondo:
I finally christened her:

Poor, poor Bondo Bucket. She had to suffer the indignity of being hauled by a Ford for the final time today:
1,180 lbs for the shell with no hood, hatch or t-tops. These are stupidly heavy cars. The guy at the scrapyard really got a kick out of the name Sharpie'd on the quarter panel.
I thought I'd take a look back at when this terrible car first sat in my driveway:
One of my favorite pictures: All John and I need to remove a SBC is apparently two hammers, a pry bar, PB Blaster, and Black Butte.

Yes I am, Mike.
The problem right now is simple lack of cheddar, and I'm not sure if I'm going to continue renting this shop. I am still looking for another shell, however. |

| I had seen that ad and was thinking of calling that guy tomorrow just to take a look. I don't have two G's waiting to fall out of my pocket right now, but it's something to think about. |
