Talked this guy down to $500 on it if I get by the end of this weekend. Looking to use this as a shell for my motor and tranny. Only thing is that I have to cut it for the T5, but the second time around will be easier. Anyways I was going to go look at it Saturday probably and if it's straight give the guy 500 bucks. Just wanted to see what you guys all thought about it.

Umm... learn from my mistakes: Bring a magnet.
At five hundred I would take it either way assuming he has a title. There is a grand just in scrap metal and parts sitting there.
Wait... why are you buying another shell? Your '87 is straight as an arrow!

I don't think I'm gonna do it now. I need to get MY car on the road so I just ordered shocks/struts and looking to get springs. Anyways there goes my $500 I would have spent on the car. |

A thinking man.
Guys get too tied up in "having a B4Z car" or "having a Z28 car". Just buy some crap and but whatever springs and ground effects and stickers you want on it. It's just an old car. |
