I might have a pair lying around in the garage. They are by no means new, I've been canibalizing the washer hoses and nozzles from them.

I don't know if this is an option for you, but in the past I have "restored" wiper arms to like-new condition by cleaning very well and painting them with several light coats of flat black engine enamel. They look like new after this treatment and so far I have had wiper arms go several years without losing the "new" look. Maybe its worth a try while you are waiting for some NOS ones to come up?
