Now that dyno is done, Cows is right around the corner. Rods & Reels has recently sent out their entry forms for the car show. This year it will be only a car show, they were unsure if there would be any sturgeon season allowed so there's no fishing derby. If you weren't sent a car show entry they can be found here:
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Rods-Reels-Rod-Run/110653972296884?fref=ts
or here:

You can order shirts as well.
Cows is June 1st and 2nd. You're welcome to come any time on friday and leave on monday if you wish however.
Those of you who have done this before, not much changing. Drink, eat, cruise to the beach somewhere. Hopefully i'll have the hot tub up and running by then. There's lots of room here for tents, I can even make space in the barn to pitch them if its raining. Maybe you'll scare the white owl out of there.
For those who might bring women folk who don't like sleeping in a large room full of stinky men on the floor... There's space for RV's as well and there are 5 different places you can get a room right here in Skamokawa.
The Inn at Skamokawa Landing http://skamokawa.com/
Twin Gables B&B http://www.twingables.net/
Skamokawa Resort http://www.skamokawaresort.com/
The Inn at Lucky Mud http://www.luckymud.com/ This one used to be a hippy commune and is run by a local musician.. he kinda resembles gandolf... LOL
And the Inn at Crippen Creek http://www.crippencreek.com/
I'll post more as I think of it.. |
