@ Gabe. I found all the video taken from my camera, did you convert formats for the pictures? because my computer can't seem to find them.

I didn't do anything to the pictures Chris, I just looked for the videos. I thought I saw a bunch of pictures on there too but I didn't look at them.

Early at the dyno. At this point we thought only like 3 people were going to dyno. Laughing Luckily a bunch of others showed up later on and we ended up having a great time.

Steve's new shop is great.

On the cruise we went down a dirt road. Everybody really liked that, and then we lined up for a group shot. Very Happy

I collected the most dirt I think, my tires really throw it onto the car.

Dewey was prepared for dirt roads.

This guy was not prepared.

Cool pictures. I'm disappointed I couldn't make it. My motor deal fell through and now I'm stuck without an engine for the bmw!

I am DYNO KING!!! Very Happy Laughing
I got a little scared when the loud C5 Vette guy put his car up, but turns out 320hp/340tq out of the bone stock LS1 in my car was enough to claim the throne for the day.

Everybody had a ton of fun, it was a good time.

That's pretty badass, I think we were getting there in the middle of you running. That's just an intake and exhaust upgrade huh? That's awesome, my dad's '04 vette that's stock down to the air box and exhaust tips made 276HP last year.

I was happy to throw down a Smokey 243HP and 250TQ. Finally have my tune dialed pretty decent.

An intermittent miss aborted my dyno run before it got started. Car was running perfectly fine a few minutes later, but i didn't want to chance it.

Yeah, I have a 3.5" intake tube into an Airaid filter in the battery tray. The exhaust is stock '02 exhaust manifolds and a non-catted mandrel bent 2.5" y-pipe courtesy of Paul into a thirdgen 3" Magnaflow catback. I also have a mail order tune from Frost. Aside from that the engine is bone stock as delivered in '02, with 89,500 miles.

Your car was the most impressive numbers of the day I think, that's solid numbers out of a worn out 305. Very Happy

Yeah John, that was a bummer, What's wrong with it?
I've surprised a few people with my car especially telling them it's a 305. My dad swears it's faster than the cushy automatic 'vette even though I know it isn't. It's just rowdy-er. Lol

Blue is my last dyno with the aluminum headed, 10.2:1, Stealth Ram 350.
Green is my dad's stock '99 Z28 LS1/T56 with 3.42 gears.
Red is my '02 LS1 with intake/exhaust/mail order tune.

Looks like I gave up a bit of low-end torque in trade for a ton of higher RPM power and a better torque curve with the LS1. My 350 was undercammed for the heads I had though. Of course, in driveability and fuel mileage and general happiness the LS1 wins by a long shot.

My dad's car was lower probably due to three reasons: He has cats and '99 manifolds, a stock airlid and an LS1 intake manifold.
My car has '02 manifolds (more like a cast tubular header) and no cats, a good intake setup and an LS6 intake manifold.

Regardless, it is pretty interesting to see the differences between the three overlaid on one graph.
