My headers won't fit because of the a-arm mounting bracket. Is it safe to remove some material or bend the corner of the bracket?
Bought a Wilwood brake kit, and the rotors are painted black, does that paint need to be removed? Doesn't say in the instructions so I wasn't sure. |

What headers? If they are contacting something and they are a decent brand, I'd suspect your motor mounts are letting the engine sag. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

Do the rotors look like this?
If so, just slap 'em on and call it good.
Paul is right, the mounts may be sagging. I had to shave a bit of my a-arm mount when installing my cheapo hedmens though. (I say that because when I was younger, the thought didn't even occur to me that the motor could sag. ) _________________

Like these, but my rotors are all black.
Link sends to the wrong brakes, copy and paste the link.
And brake line kits, metric or standard? So overwhelmed with work and trying to move and get my car done as quickly as possible I have no idea what I'm doing right now. |
