Fan hardly runs now with the new pump. Much better then before. And when it does run the fan will actually cycle. Only once did it come up to 170 and that was when I was on it a bit.

That water pump thing was nuts. Sounds like a good solution though.

Oh now this pisses me off! I replaced the summit water temp gauge with a Bosch. Gauge is nice but doesn't quite match. So just decided to look for matching gauges. If I'd paid $8 more I could have gotten all 3!!!! Laughing

Been driving it to work.. Need to figure out why the trans shifts out of 1st way too soon when left in drive. But it sure works great when you shift manually. Barks both tires pretty good on the 1-2 shift at about 45mph. Smile Think I might have scared some slow dodge driver when I blew by him on the way home too. 85 and climbing fast in 2nd before I bumped her to 3d and let off. 3.08s, a stall convertor and a motor with some torque can be a fun combo. But the speed gets pretty high pretty fast.
