My car: 1988 TPI 5spd camaro

My fuel pump doesn't prime, and my fuel pump relay just buzzes(rapidly turning on and off). It can build enough pressure to start and die immediately. What I have done:

ran power to pin G of ALDL, and fuel pump works.
checked power to fuel pump relay, and I have 12 volts.
Tried to check coil on fuel pump relay, but have not been able to get good results.

Recently I noticed the SES light is not coming on, and the computer has always had a problem running the MAF burn off relay. I think the computer is dieing/dead.

So does anybody have a ECU in the Everett/Lynwood area or a short drive I could borrow before I buy one, or other ideas?
