My driver side seat belt plastic support had that common crack problem. I was in the junk yard looking for a replacement and found a set. I only needed the drivers side. The difference between the passenger and drivers side is that the driver side is approximately 2 inches longer. Otherwise the receivers are the same and can be swapped. My passenger side has not be cracked and I believe this is because of the length. The original length of the receiver makes it prone to getting sat on and tore. I just replaced my drivers side receiver with the passenger side. Hopefully this will be a long term solution. Just an idea.
