How can you not know what is your pay rate until after the fact? I knew what I would get paid 2 weeks before I started my job.

During interview I was told " we don't have enough work for a full time carpenter. So you will be doing so labor work, and your pay will be affected accordingly. " but apperently they did have enough work for a carpenter because that is all I have done. Yet my check only reflects 15 hours as a carpenter and 25 as a loboror. In which there is a 20 dollar difference per hour in pay.

Why don't you fill out your own time card? Isn't that critical to how your work is billed in the correct way at the right amount?

Anyways I am just venting. At this point in time I am not in a position to stand up and say something so basically I will just do my job and take it for now.
