So I've just moved into a new house out in burley olalla and i realized my lights SUCK. So i decided to take a break from the wife's cat for a few days to toy with my lights and become the superdouche who almost blinds people Laughing

Built a 10 gauge relay harness from scratch, used some relay bases we had at work from old alarms, removed the pins and seperated them, soldered in the 10 gauge, heat shrunk and really pinned accordingly. So far i have my relay pack set up and my 10 gauge headlight connectors all set up, all that's left is running the wire trhough the factory areas connecting them all, maybe if i make it into work early one day i can.do it, i didn't wanna wing it and have too long or too short of a harness. So we'll say 75% complete here.

I ordered a set of conversion housings for H4 style bulbs and got a glass set with halos, very similar to Luke's minus this dumb city light thing that's gonna get yanked. I have to heat up the housing's and seperate them to put better LEDs in for the halos and get rid of their hot glue seal job i haven't made much progress i got them tonight at 7

And finally I'm ordering a set of 55w high low HIDs from my friend at lo cash customs, he gets his products from DDM and he swaps parts if they ever go bad, better than sending them to Cali for service lol since the move had unexpected fees the HIDs will have to wait a week or so but i will hopefully have the h4 conversion done by the end of the week. And i need to get my wife's car to the new house but working all day makes it hard to bring it over here

Ill post pics of everything for you guys, I'm just all over the place with my side projects Very Happy
Here's the housing, 4 for 65$ isn't bad

Not to bad. The front of them look strange but I have not looked at enough to know what's what. There is a smoke shop by my house that will sell all for with ballasts for 160. Figured not a bad price.

They're different and the blue is mostly from the h4 bulb I'm just sick of not being able to see

Confused

Does she have one of these?

Or one of these?

I could see how those would take a lot of time. You should probably go work on the car for a while.

[/derail]

How is the beam on those housings? I bought a set of H4's for my camaro and have never been happy with them.

edit: they broke my link!
