Bad idea. |
Variable resistor relays aren't what I'm thinking of, that's not going to run higher than input voltage, is it? 14.5v in, 18v out? |

You already bought the stuff. Just run what you got and see how it works. Not sure what you did, but I had my Racetronix harness built ready to accept their voltage booster if I need it.
People are selling slightly used injectors on LS1tech all the time in the range of 60 - 80 lbs. |

Once you start getting into the higher lb'ers they get fewer and farther between. That's where I got these little guys. I'm keeping my eye out for larger all the time though. Cheap, of course. |

At some point do they start using 2 sets of injectors? A smaller set for idle and up to a certain level then kick in a second set? |

Something else thats "boost referenced" remember your intake valve springs will be weaker by what ever psi you run X the area of the valve. |

I'm not sure about other ECUs but MegaSquirt can control fueling down to microsecond increments so has no problem at all idling an engine with gigantic injectors. _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56

Guess it should also be mentioned that the effective fuel rail pressure also decreases the same amount without a rising rate regulator. I still dont see why you need #60 injectors. |

Hopefully I don't lose too much efficiency with it being so thick but I know for sure it'll fit between the frame rails! |

So...I bought these 60s... And I got that wastegate from Zac.
Need a BOV and some tubing and that's it. With these 60s I think I'll be maxing out the next weak link. Turbo? Headgasket? rods? Who knows! I guess I should start shopping for a replacement motor to swap in case something goes down. Obviously I'll be upp'ing the displacement if that happens. 6.0 here I come. |
