Perfect day at the beach, hot with a nice wind blowing. Drove the 74 down to the rodrun, did one lap through town. Looks like I still need more fan for that kind of driving/parking.
So here are some pics. lots of them!
Blown, e-headed poncho.. yummy!

A show-by-4, you guys? C'mon!
Side oiler = hotness.
Old International pickup is very cool. I saw one of it's big 3/4 or 1-ton brothers sitting in Seattle a few weeks ago. Was in a little rougher shape.
That Poncho is sweet. I like the color, it works well on that car.
I really like that 4 cyl. flatty roadster thing as well. Do you have any pics of the other side of the firewall? Looks like the plug wires go up and dead-end there with no distributor? Coil pack car maybe? Craziness.
Also, some nice pictures of the chain link fence. |

The International is HOT. I dig that truck.
The blown goat is pretty cool too. |

Nice. Old-timey coil packs to go with the old-timey semi-auto transmission. |

That 2tone really lengthens and changes the shape of the charger.
There were of course alot more cars, these were just the ones that I thought stood out. Lots of orphan pickups. I thought I took more pics of them. There were 2 mercury pickups and a few studebakers, I think there might of been one more binder as well. That binder has a sweet rod shape to it.. kind of stately. The paint on the ford with the side oiler was simply awesome.
Btw.. sorry for the crappy phone pics. These were all taken on my Iphone. |
