I cut and hacked wiring in my car about 12 years ago. I'm going through everything making sure it is done properly. Now there's something I can't figure out....

There are 4 brightly colored wires that come out of C100 and I had them all zip tied together. One set is Purple, Yellow and go to a connector with two round plugs. The other set is Light Green, Blue and go to the same type of connector about 12 inches away. Are these for the T5 transmission? Which plug is for what feature? I think I clipped them off when I thought I was going with the TH400. Now I'll need to splice it back in for the T56.

I've figured out most everything else. I think the wiring is going to be really easy once I get everything organized properly.

The purple and yellow wires are VSS and connect where the speedometer cable would go (I'm assuming you have the electronic speedometer), the green and blue wires are to the back-up switch farther back on the tail shaft.

Great! Thanks guys!

Not too bad. I made only 2 stupid mistakes and back then I knew almost nothing about wiring. I won't tell you the 2nd mistake because I found it myself. Very Happy Fortunately I'm a lot smarter now then I was back then.
